Our client is seeking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Advisor. Ideal candidate for the role should have First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. Typically 6-10 years related experience in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.  Ideally, the candidate should have a strong systematic understanding of total rewards systems, as well as other Human Resource (HR) functions and an in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits. The candidate should also have an excellent communication, leadership, and influence skills.
